A good diet is crucial for good health, but good food means much more than providing needed nutrients. The enjoyment of good food is one of the pleasures in life, even when you have special dietary needs.

Residents at Renaissance Gardens at Charlestown enjoy delicious food, whether they eat in the dining room, in one of six on-campus restaurants, or in the privacy of their own residence. A variety of fresh meals is prepared on-site at Renaissance Gardens by a dedicated chef.

At Renaissance Gardens we recognize that people deserve to be treated as individuals—from dining habits to favorite hobbies. In most extended care centers, breakfast is served at a set time. But that’s not very appealing for someone who has been a late sleeper all of his or her life. So enjoy a late morning, a favorite cereal, and the morning paper!
