People always ask questions about what it truly means to live here. Among the questions we hear most often:
Q: Do you have private residences at Renaissance Gardens?
Q: You have “24-hour visiting,” but do I need to call ahead?
Q: Do you require that people get up at a certain time?
Q: What do I do if there’s a problem? Who do I talk to?
A: Yes. All of our residences are private, except for a few semi-private residences at Renaissance Gardens at Charlestown in Catonsville, Maryland. You’ll find our rates for private residences are very competitive, in some cases as low as the rates other providers charge for semi-private rooms.
In our private Assisted Living1 residences, residents decorate with furnishings from their home. All Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Nursing Care rooms are beautifully decorated with window treatments and wallpaper borders.
1Assisted Care at Brooksby Village. Assisted Living not available at Linden Ponds.
Back to TopA: Visiting is entirely unrestricted, and there is no need to call ahead. You are welcome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Back to TopA: Your loved one can “sleep in” and still wake to the morning paper and a nutritious breakfast.
Back to TopA: Every Renaissance Gardens has an administrative staff ready to assist your loved one and you. In addition, we have coordinators who work with the staff to ensure your loved one’s special needs are understood and properly handled.
Back to TopA: The families and friends of residents can take advantage of the community’s amenities such as the all-season Aquatics Center and restaurants to add convenience and enjoyment to their visits.
Back to TopA: We recommend that you visit us to appreciate the quiet and the cleanliness we maintain. You’ll find we have taken care to provide direct and private communications with residents, rather than using public address, and trained our staff to behave as if they were working in someone’s home—which they are.
