Q: Why can I trust your care providers with my loved one’s care?

A: Erickson has the nation’s largest integrated wellness and health network of health care programs and professionals whose sole focus is the 65-plus population. These professionals work on-site—not as periodic visitors:

• Physicians who are board certified and average 19 years of experience working with older adults.
• Nurse practitioners who average over four years of experience (and in most cases average many more years as a nurse).
• Nurse clinical specialists in mental health who average over 13 years of experience as a clinical specialist when hired.

All of these people, including our physical, speech, and occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers, are highly trained in their fields. Erickson funds their participation in a wide range of continuing education programs, and they belong to more than 30 professional medical organizations.

Beyond the health team, Erickson makes an exceptional effort to ensure that all our people are there to help your loved one. We’ve arranged emergency transportation so the home aide your loved one knows isn’t kept from work. We provide staff members with direct assistance with major home maintenance problems such as heating and plumbing. That means when our people are taking care of your loved one, their minds are on your loved one, not somewhere else.
