It’s time to find out if we have a private room for your patient or client. (All our rooms, except for a few in our Charlestown location in Catonsville, Maryland, are private.)

When you call to find out what’s available, we can do two things:

• Help you with your immediate placement need. If a room is available, you can fax us the patient’s or client’s chart via a secure fax line. It meets HIPAA guidelines, so you can be sure your patient’s privacy is maintained.
• Help you plan ahead. With your permission, we’ll place you on our referral source list. That means we’ll fax you our room availability, so you can be one step ahead when you do call with a patient’s need.

You can now go on to help your next patient or client, while we implement our complete continuum of care.

There are several other professional courtesies we extend to further assure you that your patient is in good hands:

• If your patient or client is to return to your care after Short-Term Rehab, we will provide all necessary documentation of our care, and welcome any visits you wish to make to our campus.
• If your patient or client will be staying with us and you plan to continue to provide care, we will help you with credentialing and do everything possible to make your visits effective and efficient.
• If this is the conclusion of your care for your patient or client, you can trust that we will apply all of our extensive resources to your patient's or client’s health and well-being, and that our care will reflect well on you.
