The Long-Term Nursing Care program at Renaissance Gardens provides the level of care, consistency, and attention to detail you should expect from a leading geriatric practice. It’s care that will help keep your loved one out of the hospital and functioning at his or her highest possible level.

To do that, we have on-site, full-time, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, mental health nurses, social workers, and dietitians. Each community also has access to a wide variety of consulting specialists covering health areas including ophthalmology, podiatry, neurology, and oncology.
