People who become Renaissance Gardens residents not only receive expert care in a beautiful and friendly setting, but they also enjoy Erickson's commitment to their life-long security.
What is the Erickson commitment?
When your loved one becomes a resident, he or she pays an entrance deposit.* This deposit is 100% refundable. If your loved one decides to leave, all of the deposit is returned.
Your loved one also pays a daily or monthly fee, based on the types of services and care he or she receives.
What happens if I run out of money?
One of the greatest worries people express is: “What happens if I run out of money?” The Erickson Commitment provides two options:
- The entrance deposit* may be used to pay for care.
- If you exhaust the entrance deposit* in paying your loved one's monthly fee, and your loved one wishes to stay, we will continue to provide the same high quality of care, and your loved one will continue to live in his or her private Renaissance Gardens residence.
Clearly, this arrangement takes the financial worry out of your loved one's future, so that he or she can fully benefit from living at Renaissance Gardens and always receive the best in care. For details, please review the Renaissance Gardens Residence and Care Agreement.
*Entrance fee in New Jersey.
