They range from the chefs determined to provide gourmet meals that are both nutritious AND delicious, to the housekeepers, who are trained to keep alert to clues that perhaps a resident is having difficulties with certain tasks. Something as simple as your loved one’s sweaters not being put away may indicate he or she is having trouble bending, seeing, or opening a drawer.

And the entire Erickson organization is committed to making sure our staff is there for your loved one. That means we’ll arrange emergency transport to a home health aide so your loved one won’t be denied that familiar face. It means we help our people with problems like plumbing, so their minds are with our residents and not at home.
