What’s your loved one’s lung condition? Residents at Renaissance Gardens with any form of lung disease—including pneumonia, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, or asthma—experience these highlights of care:
- Our physician/nurse practitioner teams can provide optimal dosing of pulmonary medications. If not monitored closely, these medications can cause nausea, palpitations, bleeding, and other problems.
- Our experts have special devices, including portable x-rays, on site. This allows them to check chest congestion, monitor blood oxygen levels, and make other diagnoses on site, thus often avoiding unnecessary visits to an emergency room.
- We can often provide treatment for pneumonia or a flare up of bronchitis at Renaissance Gardens, avoiding a hospital stay. High-concentration oxygen is available, as well as prompt administration of antibiotics (oral or intravenous) and nebulizer therapy for inhaled medications.
At Renaissance Gardens, our residents with lung disease receive specialized care that helps them continue to live full lives in the face of their challenging conditions.
All this, along with our state-of-the-art medical expertise in specific illness care.
