• Assisted Living* — While generally healthy, your loved one now must have help with certain everyday tasks and would benefit from an Assisted Living environment in which experienced caregivers keep watch around the clock and intervene as needed.
• Short-Term Rehab — It may be that your loved one’s been recently ill, even hospitalized. For a full recovery, a primary care or specialty physician has recommended Short-Term Rehabilitation with professional physical, occupational or speech-language.
• Long-Term Nursing Care — Perhaps you lack the expertise and equipment to provide the level of Long-Term Nursing Care your loved one's serious illness or chronic condition now requires.
• Alzheimer’s Care — It may be that your loved one's Alzheimer's disease or other dementia has progressed to a point at which you can no longer be sure of his or her safety, or are exhausted from providing care.
